This is the current list of Bank Owned, REO properties for sale in Big Bear as of October 18, 2009. This is a ever changing list as REO properties list and sell on a daily basis. Here are some examples of what I am talking about. I listed two different homes for sale in the Erwin lake area two weeks ago and I had them both sold within 72 hours. Just last week I saw a new Bank Owned property go one the market. This particular home was a great deal, so i called one of my clients who I knew was seriously looking for a home in Big Bear. The buyers loved what they saw in the pictures and video that I sent them and made a strong offer. They were lucky in that their offer was accepted before other offers came in and they got the house of their dreams.
The list that I am posting today is an accurate list as of today. But tomorrow this list will change.
